The Ontario Elks Event Venue offers a wide variety of room styles, sizes, features and amenities for whatever you need.
Theatrical Stage
With a fully-quipped professional stage, including back stage access, this venue can accommodate XXX guests in Theater on Concert style, XXX in Seminar or Classroom style and XXX in Banquet style layouts.
Banquet Room
This elegant space is perfect for wedding receptions, corporate and charitable banquets, as well as specialty events of virtually any nature. Up to XXX guests will feel comfortable and pampered in this facility which includes two full-service bars and full access to a professional grade kitchen and food prep area.
Lounge
Legendary for hosting events with lively spirits, our Bar Venue is perfect for receptions, dancing, and general frivolity. Two separate bar areas with fully stocked liquor assortments and professionally trained bar staff mean your guests won't be wanting for liquid refreshments. Our fully-equipped kitchen is also available to satisfy the cravings of up to 75 guests in Banquet style seating, plus approximately 15 guests at the bar
top.
Meeting Rental
Our facility offers a small selection of intimate meeting rooms, as well as a larger room to hold more people. Rooms can accommodate from 2 to 408 in classroom, assembly and/or board-room style seating.
Outdoor BBQ Space
If you are looking for a fun, festive and delicious way to treat your guests, try our oversized outdoor BBQ venue. Complete with pick nick tables and full kitchen and beverage services, your guests can dine on good old down home cooking served casual style either inside or outside of our venue.
Outdoor Rental
During the era of "social distancing" many events have shifted to outdoor venues. Our large parking lot area can host a wide variety of craft fairs, farmer's markets, festivals, receptions, parties and active events, while still providing access to our food and beverage services. Ample additional parking is available with outdoor events. Electricity and WIFI service is available.
